Booking Section 1 Copy link

You must be 18+ or authorized by the property owner. Provide accurate access details and avoid using the appliance 24 hours pre-visit.

  • Access must be clear to the hearth, roof hatch, and any mechanical rooms.
  • Pets should be secured for the duration of the visit.
  • We may request photos or prior reports to confirm scope before arrival.

By booking, you agree that our technicians may photograph conditions and components solely to document service findings and safety notes.

Cancellations Section 2 Copy link

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee reasonably reflecting time and travel.

  • Same-day cancellations are subject to up to 50% of the quoted service fee.
  • No-shows may be charged the full call-out fee plus travel.
  • Weather or safety-related postponements by our team will not incur customer fees.
Liability Section 3 Copy link

We are insured and take care to protect your property. Pre-existing defects and code violations are documented in service reports.

  • We are not responsible for concealed defects or latent hazards not reasonably discoverable.
  • Recommendations are provided in good faith and may require additional trades to implement.
  • Customer agrees to operate appliances per manufacturer instructions and applicable codes.
Payments Section 4 Copy link

Payment is due upon service completion. Taxes are calculated by province (GST/HST/PST). Quotes may change if scope changes on site.

  • We accept major cards and e-transfer; receipts are emailed immediately.
  • Past-due balances accrue interest at 2% per month, where permitted by law.
  • Materials or specialty components may require a deposit prior to ordering.
